After you select your domain name(s) you will need a host to
store your website files and provide the bandwidth or pipeline so
that your clients and prospects can always access your site with
acceptable response times. They also offer many open source software
tools to help you to build your site and implement
e-commerce.
Hosting costs have declined dramatically and you can now
obtain all of the storage space and bandwidth you will need for
$5/month, including your domain name
registration. |

A
webmaster is a person responsible for designing, developing,
marketing, or maintaining website(s). The term webservant is
sometimes used when the person is providing such services to a
church or charity. The webmaster of a website may also be called a
system administrator, the author of a site, or the website
administrator.
Webmasters are practitioners of web communication. They are
responsible for all aspects of an organization's web presence,
including web content development, technical operations, and
business management. They may have specific areas of expertise, but
are most valuable as generalists who can manage all aspects of web
operations.

Like other forms of marketing, you can choose
your budget. It's possible to have a very basic 'starter' website
for less than $1,000; global companies spend millions every year.
Determine your budget, choose your domain name(s) and webmaster, and
move forward to better serve your existing clients, attract new
ones, and increase your revenues.
Sincerely,
Ron Foreman
